cup Dry milk
1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
8 packs Equal or Sweet and Low
1 teaspoon Baking soda
7 tablespoons Flour
½ cup Grated carrot
2 Eggs
1 cup Pumpkin
1 teaspoon Vanilla
4 tablespoons Raisins

Directions

1. Spray 12 muffin tin with non fat spray. 2. Mix all ingredients together. Fill muffin tin. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes. Weight Watchers Info: 6 muffins = 1 Bread, 1 Protein, 1 Vegetable, 1 Fat, 1 Milk
