Quick crockpot chicken

6 Boneless; skinless chicken breasts
1 Green pepper sliced
1 Onion sliced
1 can (16-oz) Hunts Tomato Ready (I use the chunky special)
1 Chicken boullion cube
1 cup Boiling water
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
Garlic powder to taste

Date: Wed, 7 Aug 1996 19:34:56 -0400 Sprinkle chicken breasts with garlic powder and brown in skillet coated with Pam. Place in bottom of crockpot. Top with sliced peppers and onions.

Disolve boullion cube in water. Add cornstarch and mix thoroughly. Add Hunts Tomato Ready to boullion mixture and pour over chicken in crockpot.

Cook on low 4-5 hours. Serve over rice.
