Quickie chicken l'orange

Ingredients

1 Chicken, skinned and cut in
Eight pieces
3 ounces Orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoon Low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons Sugarless orange marmalade
1 tablespoon Minced garlic
1 tablespoon Cornstarch, optional
2 tablespoons Cold water, optional

Directions

Preheat oven to 325F.Combine orange juice, soy sauce, marmalade and garlic and pour over chicken in a baking dish. Cover and bake until chicken is tender. If desired, mix cornstarch and water; stir into drained sauce. Pour over chicken and serve.
