Chicken with oranges

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 Chicken breasts; skinned and boned
teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
cup Flour
Butter
2 Small cans mandarin oranges in juice
½ cup Sauterne wine

Directions

Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder and flour. Dredge 3 or four chicken breasts in this mixture. Saute in butter until brown. Place in baking dish.

Combine juice of 2 small cans of mandarine oranges, sauterne wine and oranges from one can. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Pour second can of oranges over chicken and bake for 10 more minutes.
