Chicken a l'orange

Ingredients

tablespoon Flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon Chili powder
½ teaspoon Salt
2 pounds Fryer; cut into pieces
3 tablespoons Butter (or marg.); melted
1 tablespoon Orange peel; grated
1 cup Orange juice
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 Orange; sectioned

Directions

Combine flour, chili powder, and salt; dredge chicken pieces, reserving remaining flour mixture. Brown chicken in melted butter over medium heat.

Remove chicken from skillet; stir in remaining flour mixture, orange peel, orange juice, and sugar. Return chicken to skillet; cover.

Simmer 45 minutes or untl chicken is tender. Remove cover; add orange sections and heat 5 minutes.
