Quik taters augratin

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can Cond. Cream of Celery Soup
⅓ cup Milk
3 ounces Cream Cheese, softened (opt)
¼ cup Onion, diced
¼ teaspoon Pepper
10½ ounce Schwan's Shredded Cheddar Cheese Spread, softened
¼ teaspoon Dry Mustard
4 cups Schwan's Quik Taters
Paprika

Directions

Combine all ingredients except potatoes in a bowl. Mix well. Fold in Quik Taters. Pour into a greased pan or casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350øF. for 45 minutes. Let rest 5-10 minutes before serving.

Makes 6 - 8 servings.

Note: Schwan's Hash Brown Patties may be substituted for the Quik Taters. Simply line a greased pan with 8 Hash Brown Patties and pour cheese mixture over. Sprinkle with paprika and bake as directed above.
