Radish salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 teaspoon Salt;
1 teaspoon Garlic powder;
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard;
1 tablespoon Wine vinegar;
2 tablespoons Liquid shortening;
2 teaspoons Lemon juice;
½ Head iceberg lettuce;
1 bunch Red radishes

Directions

Combine salt, garlic powder. Dijon mustard, vinegar, liquid shortening, and lemon juice in screwtop jar. Shake to blend.

Coarsely chop watercress, lettuce and radishes; place in salad bowl.
