Radish and orange salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 ounces Radishes; trimmed
2 tablespoons Sugar or sugar sub:
2 tablespoons Lemon juice;
1 tablespoon Orange flower water;?
Salt;
2 Navel oranges;

Directions

Shred radishes in a food processor or "grate" with a blender. Allow excess liquid to drain of and add salt to taste. Chill. Peel and slice oranges. Just before serving. Arrange all together and dust with cinnamon.
