Raisin pineapple drop cookies

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Butter
½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
1 Egg
½ cup Raisins
¾ cup Crushed Pineapple, drained
cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
½ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Cream butter, vanilla and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and cream well. Stir in raisins and pineapple. Sift dry ingredients together. Add gradually to cream mixture. Stir until well blended.

Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheets. Bake 12-15 minutes in a preheated 375oF Oven.
