Ramen noodle salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups WATER
1 each (13 OZ) PKG. CHICKEN FLAVORED RAMEN NOODLES
1 teaspoon BUTTER
¼ cup FINELY CHOPPED CELERY
¼ cup SHREDDED CARROTS
¼ cup THINLY SLICED GREEN ONIONS
1 tablespoon FINELY CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
1 teaspoon LEMON JUICE
1 teaspoon SOY SAUCE
2 tablespoons MAYONNAISE

Directions

Bring water to a boil. Crumble noodles, and add to water; stir in seasoning packet. Return to a boil, and cook 2 minutes, stirring often. Drain. Combine noodles and butter, stirring until butter melts. Add celery and remaining ingredients, stirring gently to coat. Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours. Yield 2 servings.
