Ramirez hot crab spread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
16 ounces Cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons Milk
1 pounds Fresh lump backfin crabmeat, cooked
¼ cup Worcestshire sauce
½ cup Chopped scallions, including part of green tops
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Slivered almonds
Pepper to taste

Directions

Beat cream cheese with milk in bowl till smooth. Add crab meat, Worcestershire sauce, green pepper, scallions, salt and pepper; mix well. Spoon into small baking dish; top with almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly and heated through. Serve with crackers and toasted bread rounds.
