Rummed crab spread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
ounce Crab meat, can, drain\\flaked
1 tablespoon Capers
2 Eggs, hard cooked, quartered
2 tablespoons Lime juice, fresh
¼ cup Dark rum
2 tablespoons Prepared mustard
¾ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black pepper, fresh ground

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Start at slow speed and increase to high. Serve as a spread with crackers or thin toast fingers.
