Directions
In this posting you'll find three recipes that have been tried and tested by myself from time to time. I found all of these from a website called the Mining Company, great place for many recipes in every category. The best thing I enjoy about these three potato recipes are they are fast and easy to make..so not hot slaving over the stove!! Quickly assembled from convenience foods, this dish requires no additional effort, except baking.
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with ranch dressing, milk and cheese.
Place in a greased 9" x 12" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Yield: 8 servings.
