Potatoes au gratin

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Oil
2 larges Onions, sliced
1 each Celery stalk, sliced
1 each Carrot, diced
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoons Tamari
cup Cheesy gravy
10 eaches Potatoes, baked, peeled & sliced
½ teaspoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add onions, celery, carrot & seasonings. Cook for 7 minutes till vegetables are tender.

In an 8 X 12 inch baking dish, alternate layers of gravy, potatoes & sauteed vegetables. Repeat. Top with the rest of the gravy.

Sprinkle on paprika & nutritional yeast. Bake for 20 minutes.
