Rancho mashed potatoes

4 | ounces | Can sliced mushrooms |
2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
¼ | cup | Chopped parsley |
Directions
From: Dot & Tim McChesney <jrjet@...> Date: Mon, 8 Jul 1996 14:15:33 -0700 Cook potatoes with garlic clove until tender. Drain and remove garlic.
Mash potatoes with butter (¼ cup). Blend in yolks, cream, salt, and pepper. Cook mushroooms in 2 T butter - add with parsley to potatoes and mix. Place in a 3 quart casserole oven dish and bake at 375 F for35 minutes. 8 servings.
