Red curry cambogee w/meat and peanuts

Quantity Ingredient
5 cups Red curry cambogee (see recipe)
¾ pounds Beef; diced
2 Potatoes; peeled & diced
½ cup Peanuts; chopped
2 cups Bean sprouts

Directions
