Red onion compote

2 | Red onions, peeled cut into 1/2\" dice | |
1 | tablespoon | Butter |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
¼ | cup | Sherry vinegar |
⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Saut the onions in the butter over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
