Red onion compote

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Red onions, peeled cut into 1/2\" dice
1 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoons Sugar
¼ cup Sherry vinegar
teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Saut the onions in the butter over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
