1 Garlic clove, put through a garlic press
2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons Roughly chopped parsley
2 tablespoons Capers (opt)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
8 slices Baguette-style French bread, toasted or grilled (1\")

Directions

Dry peppers with paper towels. Chop coarsely. Mix all ingredients except bread; heap atop bread.
