Rice, corn and cheese casserole

Ingredients

3 | cups | Cooked brown rice -- or white rice |
2 | cups | Corn |
1 | small | Onion -- finely chopped |
2 | cups | Sharp cheddar cheese -- grated |
1½ | cup | Skim milk |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Chili powder -- to taste |
¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
Paprika |
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the paprika, and mix them well.
Pour the ingredients into a greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika, and bake the casserole in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
