Rice, corn and cheese casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Cooked brown rice -- or white rice
2 cups Corn
1 small Onion -- finely chopped
2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese -- grated
cup Skim milk
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Chili powder -- to taste
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Paprika

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the paprika, and mix them well.

Pour the ingredients into a greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika, and bake the casserole in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
