Rice pudding (comfort style)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Milk
5 tablespoons Rice flour
4 tablespoons Sugar
½ cup Raisins or sultanas
pinch Nutmeg
pinch Cinnamon

Directions

Put rice flour in the bottom of the pan you are going to cook it in.

Add a little milk, stirring till you make a paste so that all the rice flour is wet. Add the rest of the milk stirring all the while.

Put over a low heat.. When it starts to thicken, add the raisins and the sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir for maybe 15 minutes till the right consistancy. Nice with chocolate sauce over it too.
