Ricotta artichoke pizza

1 Pizza dough
40 Milliliters garlic
12 Basil leaves
pounds Ricotta cheese
Olive oil
½ cup Oil-pk sun-dried tomatoes, slivered
6 tablespoons Fresh Parmesan cheese
½ cup Green pepper -- diced
14 ounces Can artichoke hearts; drain

Directions

Prepare pizza dough. Put on a 10" lightly oiled pan or baking sheet, pushing up a ½" edge all the way around. Preheat the oven to 500~.

Mince the garlic and basil in a processor. Add the ricotta and beat until creamy. Spread a little oil over the dough. Spread the ricotta on top. Sprinkle the tomaotes, then the Parmesan on top of the ricotta. Sprinkle the green pepper and artichoke hearts on top. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the crust is hard and golden. Let stand for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
