Rigatoni with hearty meat sauce

Ingredients

1 pounds Rigatoni
1 pounds Ground beef
1 Onion; diced
1 cup Green pepper; cubed
28 ounces Tomatoes, whole with liquid
6 ounces Tomato paste
1 teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Oregano
Season to taste

Directions

Cook rigatoni according to package directions; drain. In large saucepan, cook ground beef, onion and green pepper until meat is browned and vegetables are tender (about 10 minutes), stirring frequently. Add tomatoes with remaining ingredients.
