Rissoles with a twist

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 kilograms Topgrade mince
¾ Onions; (finely chopped)
4 Eggs
Tomato Sauce
Worcestershire Sauce
BBQ Sauce
1 small Amount Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Crushed garlic
Mixed herbs

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, cover with foil and stand for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.

Separate mixture into rissoles...small, medium or large, depending on your taste. Roll in flour. Panfry in small quantity of oil.
