Roasted asparagus in balsamic vinegar (brennan)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
Asparagus
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Tarragon

Directions

Pour balsamic vinegar to a depth of ½ inch in a shallow baking dish; add a little olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh tarragon and spears of asparagus.
