4 tablespoons Lemon juice;

4 teaspoons Dijon mustard;

2 xes *gm fiber

Directions

PER SERVING

Steam asparagus until bright in color and tender-crisp, about 4 minutes. Drain. Place in a shallow dish. Stir together lemon juice and mustard; drizzle over the asparagus. Cover tightly; chill for 2 hours. Serve cold. Serves 8.
