Roasted olives

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Black and green olives
Zest from 1 small orange
Leaves from 1 large sprig rosemary
tablespoon Extravirgin olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix all ingredients in an ovenproof bowl.
