Rotini and broccoli and red peppers

¼ cup Olive oil
3 cloves Garlic; chopped
1 bunch Broccoli; chopped
1 Red pepper; sliced
1 cup Chicken broth
½ cup Romano cheese; grated
½ pounds Rotini pasta

Directions

Boil, steam or microwave broccoli until crisp tender. Heat oil in large skillet; cook garlic over low heat for 1 minute. Add peppers and pre-cooked broccoli; stir fry over high heat for 4 minutes.
