Ingredients

pounds Steak, round; 3/4 to 1\" thck
3 tablespoons Flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Oregano
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Shortening
15 ounces Spaghetti sauce w/mushrooms
10 ounces Green beans, Italian; frozn
16 ounces Onions, whole; drained

Directions

Rub steak with mixture of flour and seasonings; reserve remainder of flour mixture. Cut steak into 6 pieces. In large skillet over medium heat, brown steak in hot shortening. Place in baking dish, 11-1/2x7-1/2x1-½". Heat sauce and flour mixture to boiling, stirring constantly. Pour over steak; cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Add vegetables; cover and bake 45 minutes.
