Ingredients

1 pounds Steak, round
3 tablespoons Oil, olive
½ cup Tomatoes; chopped
½ cup Green peppers; chopped
½ cup Onion; chopped
½ cup Mushrooms; drained, chopped
½ cup Wine, Burgundy
Salt; to taste
Pepper; to taste
1 cup Tomato sauce
Cheese, Parmesan; grated

Directions

Cut steak into 4 serving-size pieces; brown in hot olive oil. Add tomatoes, peppers, onion, and mushrooms, and cook 4 minutes. Put mixutre into a 3-quart casserole dish; add Burgundy, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce and top with grated Parmesan cheese. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
