Ingredients

3 | tablespoons | Oil, olive |
½ | cup | Tomatoes; chopped |
½ | cup | Green peppers; chopped |
½ | cup | Onion; chopped |
½ | cup | Mushrooms; drained, chopped |
½ | cup | Wine, Burgundy |
Salt; to taste | ||
Pepper; to taste | ||
1 | cup | Tomato sauce |
Cheese, Parmesan; grated |
Directions
Cut steak into 4 serving-size pieces; brown in hot olive oil. Add tomatoes, peppers, onion, and mushrooms, and cook 4 minutes. Put mixutre into a 3-quart casserole dish; add Burgundy, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce and top with grated Parmesan cheese. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
