1⅓ cup Bread flour; 2 cups
cup Medium Rye Flour; 1 cup
1 tablespoon Coarsley groung cornmeal; 1 1/2 tbls
½ teaspoon Caraway seed; 1 tsp.
1 teaspoon Salt; 1 1/2 tsp
2 teaspoons Dark brown sugar; 1 tbls.
4 teaspoons Butter or margarine; 2 tbls
1 tablespoon Dehydrated onion flakes; 1 1/2 tbls (OPTIONAL
½ cup Water; 3/4 cup
¼ cup Plus 2 tbls Buttermilk; 1/2 cup

Directions

All ingredients must be at room temperature. Add ingredients in order specified for your bread machine. Set bread machine on basic/standard setting, medium or normal baking cycle.
