1 | cup | Dried mustard |
½ | cup | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Saccharin |
1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon -- ground |
1 | teaspoon | Cloves -- ground |
1 | teaspoon | Allspice -- ground |
Pickling cucumbers |
Directions
Soak the cucumbers in salt water overnight. Mix pickling liquid cold. Pack cucumbers in jars. Pour liquid over cucumber to cover. Note: No processing directions given.
