1 | ounce | Garlic |
3 | ounces | Anchovies |
3 | ounces | Prepared mustard |
4 | Eggs | |
2 | tablespoons | Oregano |
½ | cup | Wine vinegar |
½ | cup | Lemon juice |
Salt & pepper to taste | ||
4 | cups | Salad oil |
Directions
Blend together garlic and anchovies; add mustard, eggs and oregano, mix well. Add vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper; mix. Slowly add oil.
