½ | cup | Fresh mushroom slices |
2 | tablespoons | Capers |
¾ | Reserved viniagrette dressing (from appetizer recipe) | |
2 | tablespoons | Dijon mustard |
Directions
Divide salad greens and mushroom slices onto two salad plates. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon capers. Combine viniagrette dressing with mustard ~- mix well. Pour mustard viniagrette over salads. Makes 2 servings.
