Salmon hash

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
30 ounces Salmon, canned
1 Chili,serrano, or hot
½ cup Onion, red, diced
4 tablespoons Bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Cumin
¼ teaspoon Cloves
1 teaspoon Coriander
4 tablespoons Oil
4 tablespoons Cilantro, diced
4 tablespoons Green or red salsa
8 Tortillas, flour
8 tablespoons Yogurt, non fat

Directions

rinse salmon and remove skin. Cut chili in half and remove seeds and membrane. Turn on food processor, feed chunks of onion and chili, until coarsely minced. add salmon, bread crumbs, spices and process until paste is made. if necessary, add more bread crumbs to make a patty tht will hold its shape. Shape into 8 patties. fry in oil until browned on each side. serve patties on warm tortillas with salsa, garnished with yogurt and cilantro leaves.
