Salmon pasta salad

Ingredients

1 pack Spiral pasta -- 8 oz
Cooked/drained
1 can Salmon -- 14 3/4 oz.
cup Cherry tomatoes --
Quartered
1 medium Cucumber -- quartered/sliced
1 small Red onion -- sliced
½ cup Vegetable oil
cup Fesh lemon -- or lime juice
½ teaspoon Dill weed
1 each Garlic clove -- minced
¾ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 Head lettuce -- torn

Directions

In a large bowl, toss the pasta, salmon, tomatoes, cucumber and onion. For dressing, combine the oil, lemon or lime juice, dill, garlic, salt and pepper; mix well. pour over pasta. Cover and chill.
