Salmon with horseradish mayonnaise

100 millilitres Mayonnaise; (3 1/2fl oz)
2 tablespoons Horseradish
1 teaspoon White wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Anchovy essence
60 millilitres Double cream
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 680 gram pac frozen salmon steaks; defrosted

Directions

TO ACCOMPANY THE SAUCE

Blend all the horseradish mayonnaise ingredients together in a bowl to combine. Refrigerate.

Cook the salmon as per pack cooking instructions.

Serve immediately with the horseradish mayonnaise, new potatoes and mangetout.
