Salmon with pesto sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Fresh basil leaves
½ cup Pine nuts
1 cup Freshly grated Parmesan
Cheese
3 Peeled garlic cloves
¼ teaspoon Salt
6 tablespoons Olive or vegetable oil
8 Salmon fillets

Directions

Combine all ingredients (except fillets) in blender; blend briefly.

Broil fish about 4" from heat 6-8 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Serve on heated platter; pass Pesto Sauce to spoon over broiled fish.
