Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 Tomatoes; peeled and finely chopped
½ cup Minced onion
½ cup Minced celery
¼ cup Minced green pepper
¼ cup Olive oil
3 tablespoons Chopped green chiles ( heat to taste)
1 teaspoon Mustard seed
1 teaspoon Ground coriander
1 teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper

Directions

Combine ingredients, cover and chill for several hours. Serve as a dip for tortilla chips or as a sauce for other dishes. Makes 6 cups. "Dean A.
