Sardine saladettes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can Large sardines
6 mediums Size lettuce leaves
Reserved oil from sardines
½ Lemon, juice only
½ Shredded pimento
1 teaspoon Pimiento, shredded
1 teaspoon Parsley, minced
¼ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
1 Hard boiled egg, chopped fine.

Directions

LEMON-EGG DRESSING

Remove sardines from can and chill. Reserve oil. Place one sardine on each lettuce leaf. Spoon on the Lemon Egg Dressing.

To make the Dressing: To reserved sardine oil add the above dressing ingredients and mix well.
