Saucy apple bread (eb)

½ cup Apple cider
1⅓ cup Bread flour
¾ cup Plus 1 T wheat flour
1 teaspoon Salt
2½ tablespoon Plain yogurt
2½ tablespoon Honey
⅓ teaspoon Vanilla
2½ tablespoon Walnuts; unchopped
2½ tablespoon Egg; beaten
⅓ cup Applesauce; unsweetened
⅓ cup Granny Smith apple, cored; unpeeled and diced
1¼ teaspoon Yeast

Directions

For a sweeter bread try using Rome or McIntosh apple. Bake on regular cycle.
