Saucy skillet pasta

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Beef, ground; OR ground trky
15 ounces Tomato sauce
15 ounces Tomatoes, whole; undrained and broked up
1 pack Spaghetti sauce mix
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
8 ounces Ziti; uncooked (or rigati or other tube pasta)
4 ounces Mushrooms, sliced; drained
4 ounces Cheese, mozzarella; shredded

Directions

Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain fat.

Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, spaghetti sauce mix and Italian seasoning.

Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta and mushrooms. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.

Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover and cook 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
