Saucy skillet pasta

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Beef, ground; OR ground trky |
15 | ounces | Tomato sauce |
15 | ounces | Tomatoes, whole; undrained and broked up |
1 | pack | Spaghetti sauce mix |
1 | teaspoon | Italian seasoning |
8 | ounces | Ziti; uncooked (or rigati or other tube pasta) |
4 | ounces | Mushrooms, sliced; drained |
4 | ounces | Cheese, mozzarella; shredded |
Directions
Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain fat.
Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, spaghetti sauce mix and Italian seasoning.
Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta and mushrooms. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover and cook 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
