Saucy sausage skillet

Ingredients

½ pounds Ziti pasta; uncooked
1 pounds Polish sausage links; sliced in wedges
1 cup Fresh broccoli florets
1 cup Fresh cauliflower florets
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
2 tablespoons Flour
1 cup Milk
¼ cup Monterey jack cheese; shredded
¼ cup Parmesan cheese; grated
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 2oz jar sliced pimiento; drained

Directions

in large kettle, boil 3 quarts water. add ziti; cook for 5 minutes. stir in polish sausage, broccoli and cauliflower, continue cooking for 5 minutes; drain. in medium saucepan melt butter, stir in flour. add milk, cook until smooth. stir in remaining ingredients. combine ziti, polish sausage, vegetables and cheese sauce. serve immediately. refrigerate leftovers.
