Sausage cheddar quick

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 (9-inch) pie shell
½ pounds Hot sausage
½ pounds Ground beef
½ cup Chopped onion
¼ cup Chopped green pepper
teaspoon Salt
1 dash Garlic powder
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
2 Eggs
1 cup Milk
Paprika

Directions

Brown sausage & ground beef. Drain. Mix onions, peppers & 1 cup Cheddar cheese. Pour meat mixture into pie shell. Add onion mixture. Mix eggs & milk until foamy. Add salt & garlic powder. Pour eggs on top. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes.
