Sausage nut cake

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Pork sausage, unseasoned |
| 1 | cup | Raisins |
| 3½ | cup | Flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cloves |
| 3 | cups | Brown sugar |
| 1 | cup | Hot coffee |
| 1 | cup | Chopped nuts |
| 1 | teaspoon | Soda, heaping |
| 1 | teaspoon | Allspice |
Directions
Mix sausage and sugar in hot coffee, then add raisins and nuts. Add other ingredients, beat well. Place in a greased pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Can be baked in loaf of layer pans.
