Swedish nut cake

Ingredients

2 cups Sugar
2 cups Flour
2 Eggs
2 teaspoons Baking soda
20 ounces Can of crushed pineapple
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ cup Nuts
½ cup Raisins
8 ounces Cream cheese
1 Stick of butter
1 Box of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Nuts

Directions

Hand mix sugar, flour, eggs, baking soda, pineapple, 1 ts vanilla, nuts and raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Icing: Let cheese and butter soften, then mix in with remaining ingredients. Randy Rigg
