Saute florentine

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 ounces Sunflower flour
2 teaspoons Onions; minced
teaspoon Thyme
teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Sunflower oil
3 ounces Spinach; coarsely chopped
3 ounces Artichoke hearts, marinated; chopped into bite-size pieces
3 ounces Celery; chopped into bite- size pieces
3 ounces Brown rice; cooked

Directions

Combine flour with onion, thyme, oregano, salt, soy sauce, and oil.

Mix well. Saute flour mixture with vegetables and sunflower oil in skillet or wok. Add rice and saute for 7 minutes.
