1 | pack | Frozen creamed spinach; thawed (9 ounces) |
2 | Eggs; beaten | |
1 | cup | Dry bread crumbs |
½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well. Form into a loaf on a large rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and no pink remains.
NOTE: You can substitute ground beef, pork, or lamb for the veal, but veal makes it seem fancy.
