1 | Pac ckage Pepperidge farmĀ® frozen puff pastry sheets; (17 1/4-ounces) 2 sheets | |

Directions
ASSORTED FILLINGS
1. Thaw pastry sheets at room temperature 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix egg and water and set aside.
2. Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface. Roll each sheet into 12-inch square and cut into 16 (3-inch) squares. Place filling in center of square.
Brush edges of squares with egg mixture. Fold corners to center over filling and pinch edges to seal. Place on baking sheet.
3. Bake 15 minutes or until golden.
**Use one of the following fillings: 1-inch chunks of ham, pepperoni or lunchmeat; 2 teaspoons ham or chicken spread; 1 teaspoon cream cheese (plain or flavored) and a slice of jalapeño pepper or green olive; 2 teaspoons seafood or whitefish salad; 1 teaspoon prepared pesto or chopped oil packed sun dried tomatoes; a small marinated mushroom or a 1-inch piece of marinated artichoke heart.
