Savory mushroom hamburgers

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon Lemon juice
1 Cl Garlic; minced
1 small Onion; sliced
1 cup Mushrooms; sliced
1 pounds Turkey; ground/cooked
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, onion, and mushrooms; cook and stir over medium heat 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Mix meat, salt, and pepper. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about ¾" thick. Push mushroom-onion mixture to side of skillet. Cook patties in same skillet over medium-high heat, about 10 minutes, turning once, to desired doneness. Serve mushroom-onion mixture over patties.
