Directions
Rinse the rice, place it in a bowl, cover it with hot water and salt, and let stand for ½ hour. This ensures non sticky rice. If they are frozen, thaw the fish fillets just enough to break them apart. brown the fish slightly in oil and season them with Recipe By : "The Flavors of Jerusalem" by Nathan and Goldman
